Wife and soon-to-be mum Jill Dillard helped deliver a baby this week and shared a photo of the newborn baby with her thousands of fans.

Dillard is studying to become a certified professional midwife, and helped bring the new life into the world.

"So blessed to help deliver this little guy at home this morning, just 2 weeks away from my own due date!" she wrote on Instagram. "I previously delivered two of his older sisters. Gary Martin Takehiro Y. born today at 9:49am 7lbs. 8oz. 20 inches long. #AMommysButterflyMidwifery #babycatcher #studentmidwife."

The 23-year-old is expecting her son on March 24, and is 37 weeks pregnant. She plans to deliver Baby Dilly at home.

"Each birth is incredibly unique and special, and I learn something new at every one of them," she wrote on TLC's 19 Kids and Counting blog in 2013 regarding her work as a midwife in training. "Not everything is peaches and cream, and some days are hard, but I have been blessed to work with a great group of ladies."

Dillard's older sister, Jana, has also worked as a doula, and a 2013 episode of their reality show featured them assisting in a delivery together.

"Jill and I feel like the training we are receiving, although our paths are both a little bit different, will serve us in the future on the mission field," Jana blogged.

"Each of us would like to use our skills as a way to share the hope of Jesus in foreign countries, but for right now, the country we've been called to serve in is our own. We enjoy loving on our mums, babies, and families, and feel privileged to care for them."

The Dillards have not revealed what they will name their son, but said that they are not going to do a letter theme as Jill's parents and brother, Josh, did. They may, however, start a new tradition.

"We may do some kind of theme, like family names," Jill told PEOPLE in October.
