Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton spent Valentine's Day together at Clive Davis and the Recording Academy's pre-Grammys Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. According to E! News, the pair skipped the red carpet and entered the ballroom through a private entrance.

The couple was first seated at a table that included Richard Branson and Jane Fonda. But before the evening's performances and a tribute to music executive Irving Azoff began, Stefani and Shelton were escorted to a table closer to the stage where fellow "The Voice" coach Christina Aguilera and her fiancé, Matthew Rutler, were seated. It was reported that the two were seen kissing during the festivities and danced during Carly Simon's performance of her song, "You're So Vain."

Last week, the No Doubt frontwoman debuted a new song called "Make Me Like You," which appears to be inspired by her relationship with the country star. The upbeat single features the lyrics "Why'd you have to go and make me like you? Yeah this is a feeling I'm not used to."

After the song was released, the 39-year-old country singer took to Twitter to tell his fans that he bought a copy of the track and wrote, "You can probably understand the multiple reasons why I just bought this…I hope you do too!!! @gwenstefani."

At the 58th Annual Grammy Awards, the 46-year-old even alluded to Shelton during her performance of the song. She made a pointed reference to her boyfriend by naming a bar locale in her video "Blake's." At one point in her performance, Stefani is seen reading a tabloid with the headline, "Gwen Pregnant With Alien Baby," obviously inspired by numerous tabloid headlines claiming that she is pregnant with Shelton's child.

The pair started dating in October 2015. Stefani will be returning to "The Voice" for its latest season as an advisor to Shelton's team.
