The second half of season 12 of "Grey's Anatomy" will premiere next week, and apart from Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) terrifying attack in the midseason premiere, other things await the doctors of Grey Sloane.

Fans will finally learn what happens to April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams), the mystery surrounding Owen's (Kevin McKidd) sister, and whether someone will be needing therapy after the harrowing events of the premiere.

According to TVLine, even after three months of waiting, fans still won't learn what Jackson was going to tell April in the winter finale, and it's anyone's guess whether the two will break up or if they will be rekindling their romance. The website says that viewers will most likely find out in the Feb. 18 episode titled "All I Want Is You," which is the tenth episode of the season.

Meanwhile, the premiere will see how Meredith was brutally attacked by her patient in the episode titled "The Sound of Silence." As previously reported, the attack will bring all the doctors together as they try to save Meredith's life. Star Camilla Luddington said that they definitely are not easing fans back in to the show with the episode directed by Denzel Washington.

"It's really actually very emotional," said Luddington to Entertainment Weekly at the magazine's SAG Awards party last week. "It was heavy filming it. We kind of have to support each other in those times."

As for the theories claiming that Owen's long-lost sister is actually Riggs (Martin Henderson), both McKidd and Henderson ruled out the twist. McKidd told TVLine at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that such a storyline would be "off the table for sure." McKidd also revealed that viewers will know more about Owen's sister in episode 14.

Meanwhile, episode 10 will feature "Life Goes On" star Bill Smitrovich as a "fatherly" therapist, and it is possible that he could either be treating Meredith after her brutal attack, though TVLine speculates that he could end up treating Owen for his PTSD or Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), who has started drinking again.

"Grey's Anatomy" returns on Feb. 11 at 8/7c on ABC.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
