Last week on "General Hospital," Ned ended things with Olivia, and he told her that the only way that they can be together is if she tells Julian the truth. Since she couldn't do it, Ned told her that she should raise her child, Mateo, well and they'll be even.
Meanwhile, Sabrina told Michael that she is pregnant. He told her that he loves her and the baby but warns her that their families won't be happy about this. However, they agree to have the baby together, and Michael happily announced the great news to everyone.
Olivia went to Dante and Lulu's place and told him that Ned broke up with her because she has been lying to Julian. Dante told her that he and Lulu are planning to have another baby, and later, he was forced to tell her about Dillon kissing Lulu.
At the hospital, Patrick told Sonny that they can't release him yet, adding that he has to make his house wheelchair accessible. Sonny refused to believe this, but Patrick insisted that he had to stay to recuperate. Later, Carly told Patrick that she was upset with him for not being more sympathetic, but Patrick said that he was only trying to let Sonny face the facts about his condition.
Meanwhile, Alexis got the DNA report and told Julian that Olivia lied about Mateo being adopted. The baby is actually Olivia's biological child with Julian, and his real name is Leo. Furious, Julian vowed to get the boy, and he went to Olivia to tell her that he's taking the child.
This week, Carly and Sonny react to Michael's news about Sabrina's pregnancy, while Dillon comes close to revealing what he knows about Dante to Lulu. Dante makes a confession to Sonny, and Port Charles celebrates Halloween at the Haunted Star party.
