Fans waiting for "Far Cry 5" better get ready to cry buckets of tears from laughter and joy, as a new trailer for the game promises crazy and fun gameplay mechanics for the upcoming game both in single-player and multiplayer.

The new video trailer released by the developer and publisher Ubisoft highlights the game's trademark insane activities, which are now set to take place in the fictional town of Hope County in rural Montana. "Far Cry 5" will then trade the snowy mountainscapes of Himayalas-inspired Kyrat and the lush tropics of "Far Cry 3" for a vicious temperate wildlife full of bears, wolves, cows, and, of course, crazy cult zealots.

According to one of the developers, the most terrifying or vicious member of the simulated ecosystem in "Far Cry 5" would be the wolverine, which, despite their size, can actually dish out hell and even endure punishment similar to the honey badgers in the fourth game. Beyond that, whatever may happen to the players in the game are quite diverse, and even the developers have a hard time answering the question of "what will happen next?" This is apparently due to the fact that "Far Cry 5" is more organic and spontaneous compared to the previous ones.

Needless to say, like all previous "Far Cry" titles, no two players will have the same experience in-game, and even more so in "Far Cry 5."

In addition to the unforgiving wildlands of Hope County, "Far Cry 5" will also boast a larger cast of characters, approximately 65, each with their own daily routines and interaction options for the players to partake in. This means there will be a lot of side quests and opportunities to experience the fictional game world. By comparison, "Far Cry 4" only had about 18 unique characters according to the developers.

More importantly, all this can be done with a friend, as "Far Cry 5" will now feature a more in-depth cooperative mode (co-op) compare to its predecessors. This means players can now go through the whole game, even the story missions, co-op, where Ubisoft has made it possible to save progress for both players.

"Far Cry 5" is set to be released on March 27 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows.
