PC owners can now find out whether their computers are grand enough for "Dynasty Warriors 9," as the developers of the game have released the system requirements for the said open-world game.

Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force have revealed the level of gaming hardware necessary to play or fully enjoy "Dynasty Warriors 9." As always, they have been divided into two categories, which is minimum and recommended, in which the former is the minimum to be able to start the game while the latter is recommended to be able to max out the graphics settings.

For the minimum system requirements, PC owners should have a 64-bit Windows operating system (OS) which is at least Windows 7, a central processing unit (CPU) of Intel Core i5-2400 running at 3.0 gigahertz (GHz) or Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) FX-6350 running at 3.9 GHz. This should be paired with at least 6 gigabytes (GB) of system random-access memory (RAM) and last but not the least, should have a graphics processing unit of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon R7 370.

In order to see and play the game at its most beautiful, PC owners should have a 64-bit Windows 10 OS, a central processing unit (CPU) of Intel Core i7-3770 running at 3.4 GHz or AMD Ryzen 5 1400 running at 3.5Ghz, 8 GB of random-access memory (RAM), and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with at least 3 GB of video RAM (VRAM) or an AMD Radeon RX 570 which has 4 GB of VRAM.

It was not specified by the developers what resolution or graphics settings would the two system requirements yield though.

For both requirements, an additional 50 GB of hard drive space is required for the game as storage and might change depending on future updates or downloadable contents (DLCs). It is also worth noting that the game is going open-world, which is quite a huge leap in development, meaning the game will require beefier hardware for higher resolutions.

"Dynasty Warriors 9" is now available for the PC, Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
