Duggar Family news: Duggar parents under fire for having too many kids

The Duggar Family may yet be under another controversy again, as their Facebook fans have commented that the family matriarch, Michelle, had way too many children for a healthy parent-child relationship.

After posting their family Thanksgiving celebration picture where they are all seated at the table, some of the fans kept wondering whether Michelle and Jim Bob could still cater to the individual needs of each of their children. This was despite some of their fans considering the Duggars as a blessed family.

According to Inquisitr, one of the comments even stated "I'm the oldest of 6 and that's plenty enough. I feel like kids in huge families tend to get lost in the crowd. There's no possible way to give them one on one attention to them all. You may think you are but you're just not." This was somewhat confirmed during one episode in their reality show "Counting On," where Michelle had the kids sign up on a sheet of paper to have a one on one time with her and her husband.

This made some of the fans assume that the married couple of 19 children are not able to provide the necessary psychological upbringing their each of their children needs, particularly the attention the kids should have. Fans then went on to question what kind of parent makes their children go to appointments just to be able to talk to them privately or otherwise.

Still, this does not stop the Duggar family from expanding. While 51-year-old Michelle may no longer be able to bear children, some of their eldest ones are now following their marriage practice of avoiding contraception and birth-control, meaning that grandkids are definitely on the way.

The Duggar Family are famous for having strong Christian values which have resulted in their 19 children. They also had several shows in Discovery's Travel and Living Channel (TLC), which followed their everyday lives made busy by the number of offsprings they have. With the marriages of some of their adult children, the family is expected to continue on with their show with new family members.
