Days before the official release of the video game "Destiny 2" on PC, its developer Bungie announced some important details that fans should know prior to the launch.

The developers announced the minimum and recommended requirements for the game. They also revealed the list of the launch times for "Destiny 2." To install the game, players need at least 68 gigabytes (GB) of free space in their Windows 7, 8 or 10 system, with Windows 10 being the recommended operating system.

Aside from this, for the minimum requirements, a player's computer needs to be at least an Intel Core i3-3250 processor at 3.5 GHz, or Intel Pentium G4560 also at 3.5 GHz. Also, for advanced micro devices (AMD) central processing units (CPU), the game needs an AMD FX-4350 at 4.2 GHz. The computer has to have a 2 GB Nvidia GTX 660 or a 2 GB GTX 1050 graphics card. The game can also run on a 2 GB AMD Radeon HD 7850 graphics card. "Destiny 2" also needs a computer with 6 GB random access memory (RAM).

In order to have an awesome gaming experience, the developers require the gamers' computers to have at least the Intel Core i5-2400 or -7400 at 3.5 GHz and 8 GB RAM. For AMD CPUs, the game needs the Ryzen R5 1600X at 3.6 GHz. For the graphics card, it demands a 4 GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 or 6 GB GTX 1060. Also, it should go well on an 8 GB AMD R9 390 video card.

"Destiny 2" is a video game that is set in a fictional world where players are the Guardians, who protect the Last City, believed to be the only safe area on earth. Their main opponent is the alien army called Red Legion, led by the terrifying commander Ghaul. Players must rally together, explore space for various weapons, and use new combat abilities in order to defeat the aliens.

Those who want to get a hold of the game first, as it is a pretty big file, can opt to pre-load the "Destiny 2." This option opened on Oct. 18 at Battle.net. The game was also launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in September. "Destiny 2" will be available on PC on Oct. 24.
