Last week on "Days of Our Lives," Hope confessed to killing Seth Malcolm and told Roman that Malcolm asked her for half a million dollars to tell her who tortured Bo. She said that he met him in the park and that he tried to kill her, so she killed him in self-defense.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Victor found a man with his back turned and he grabbed a gun and confronted him. The man turned around and Victor recognized his brother, Deimos. Deimos said that he was released from prison and that he needed a job, but Victor told him to get out. Philip arrived and Deimos introduced himself as his uncle, and after he left, Victor told Philip not to go anywhere near his brother.
Meanwhile, Nicole continued to grieve Daniel's death and refused to talk to anybody. Theresa urged her to come out of her room because people need her. At the hospital, Eric had a dream about him driving drunk and killing Daniel.
Andre went to SPD and asked Rafe to investigate Stefano's disappearance. Andre is sure that Hope had something to do with it and said that she and whoever helped her will pay for what they did. Later, Rafe went to Hope's place and told her about Andre. He reassured her that he will be there for her.
This week, Steve confronts Ava after realizing that Kayla is missing, and Ava uses Kayla as leverage to manipulate Steve. Eric leaves the hospital and is arrested by the police. Meanwhile, Brady, who now has a new heart courtesy of Daniel, starts dreaming about certain things which only Daniel knows about. Later in the week, Daniel's loved ones gather for his funeral and Nicole makes a shocking move as she attacks Eric.

Jan. 25 (Monday): Steve confronts Ava after realizing that Kayla is missing while Andre learns about Hope's secret.
Jan. 26 (Tuesday): Ava uses Kayla to get what she wants from Steve while Rafe and Hope share a moment.
Jan. 27 (Wednesday): Eric gets arrested by the police as soon as he leaves the hospital.
Jan. 28 (Thursday): Nicole, Chloe, and Parker grieve for Daniel at his funeral while Eric pays tribute to Daniel.
Jan. 29 (Friday): Nicole attacks Eric while Brady asks Flynn about his dreams of Daniel's time in California.
