In the next episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm," Larry David who plays himself on the show attempts to start over with his mail carrier and golf club security guard.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Thank You for Your Service" was just released recently and showed David talking with his mailperson. "Small favor. Could you drop a book off for me?" he asks her at the door of his mansion. David is known for having chats with random people. This time, it seems that he wants to get on his carrier's good side. However, it does not go as he expects. "I'm pretty sure the US government would consider that free mail which is kind of illegal," the mailperson replies in a calm manner. David then accuses the woman of stickling and asks her if it is a good quality. It seems that he is off to a bad start again with his mail carrier.

It apparently is the same for his golf club security guard whom he has a talk with one day. The guard tells him that he will receive a letter soon. However, David wants to know far along he will receive the letter. "Soon? Two days? Four days?" he asks. The guard starts getting impatient and says to him, "Everybody knows what 'soon' is. 'Soon' is 'soon.'"

In the last episode, David had sessions with his therapist Dr. Templeton (Bryan Cranston). Instead of dealing with David's issues, the therapist had to handle his concerns about not having a comfortable chair. Moreover, he was very particular about the doctor not having a clock in his office. It was apparent that Templeton had to indulge in David's quirks which he seemingly did not enjoy doing.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" season 9 episode 5 will air on Sunday, Oct. 29 at 10 p.m. EDT on HBO.
