Get ready for more snowfall in "Cities: Skylines." A heavy downpour of snow is set to cover the video game via the newest downloadable content (DLC) called "Snowfall."

The DLC is set to be the first in a series of expansions aimed at the city-building game. According to the official press release, the succeeding expansions will be featuring exciting content for all versions of the video game.

The "Cities: Skylines" DLC will have a special new set of Winter maps that are aimed at challenging the players to keep the roads clear and their neighborhoods safe and warm when the weather starts to get cold. "Snowfall" will also be introducing street cars to give players new avenues for commuting.

The official description for the new content reads, "In 'Snowfall' your city can be covered in snow or glisten in the rain with in-game weather — which adds new challenges as well. Add snowplows to clear your streets, and help citizens keep warm in the storm with city-wide heating systems. New public transit options also help residents get across your city, rain or shine."

The "Cities: Skylines'" new DLC also "World Warmth, Too" content which will help increase the game's demand for electricity, if there no heating systems have been placed yet.

The expansion is set to come out on Nov. 14. The winter-themed DLC will also be included in "Cities: Skylines'" Season Pass and Premium Edition, which are packed with content such as Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, High Tech Buildings, Art Deco and the radio station DLC: Relaxation Station and Rock City Radio.

On the other hand, "Cities: Skylines'" Premium Edition will have the "After Dark" expansion, which is aimed at players who want to try designing urban landscapes during the night time.

"Cities: Skylines" Season Pass retails for $39.99, while the Premium Edition sells for $69.99. Players will get instant access to the DLCs once they're launched on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One consoles.
