Ciara and Russell Wilson spread some holiday cheer as they joined "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt on a visit to Seattle Children's Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 22. The stars posed for pictures with patients and spent time with children who were too ill to leave their hospital beds.

The football player and Ciara shared some photos of the visit on social media. The Seattle Seahawks quarterback posted a photo of him with his arm around his girlfriend as they spent time with a sick baby. He captioned the shot, "Carmella is an angel! @SeattleChildrens @Ciara."

Another photo posted on the NFL star's Instagram shows the couple with Pratt and three young girls.

"Fun time with these 3 beautiful young girls," he wrote.

Ciara also took to the photo sharing site as she uploaded a photo of her, Pratt and Wilson with face masks on while visiting with a young patient. In her caption, she wrote that the patient brought so much "laughter, joy and laughter," to them and praised her for being an "awesome girl."

The "Jurassic World" actor took to his Instagram page to post a picture from the visit, saying that it was a "most amazing day" as he got to meet a lot of children and their parents.

"Also got to spend some time with one of my personal role models @dangerusswilson and his lovely lady Ciara. I am truly living the dream," wrote Pratt, who also included a verse from Psalm 37:3-4 in his caption.

Pratt is a known Seahawks fan as the star has often tweeted his support for the team. He previously visited the hospital in March with Chris Evans after he lost a Super Bowl bet to the "Captain America" actor.

The visit is not the first time that Wilson and the "Goodies" singer have been at the hospital. Earlier this month, the pair also stopped by to visit the children, and two weeks ago, Wilson and his Seahawks teammates wore matching sweatshirts and Santa Claus hats while they mingled and posed for pictures with the children. Wilson is a regular visitor at the medical center and would often post pictures of his visits every few weeks in his Instagram account.
