Ciara responds to pregnancy rumors that she's expecting Russell Wilson's baby

Is Ciara pregnant? Rumors that the "Goodies" singer might be expecting a baby with boyfriend Russell Wilson started circulating after she performed at Drai's Nightclub in Las Vegas last week. According to Music Times, the rumors started when fans saw a video of her performance, and some pointed out that the singer's midsection appeared to be bulging a bit.

But in a recent interview with "The Russ Parr Morning Show," the 29-year-old laughed off the rumors and said that her slight tummy bulge had nothing to do with pregnancy—she just happened to indulge in some fastfood minutes before she went onstage.

"You know, it's so funny, I might have had a cheeseburger a little close to showtime," she explained. "What's funny is that I've learned after pregnancy your body changes differently."

Ciara has a 1-year old child, Future Jr, with her ex-fiancee rapper Future.

"Listen, I can have a salad and it'll be like, 'aww junk!' It [my stomach] was not that big, they exaggerated that," she added. "I'm not carrying anything in my belly but great food."

Ciara also called into "Tje Rickey Smiley Morning Show" to dispel the rumors and said that her jeans were "a little more stretched in the belly than usual" and that some people "exaggerated things a bit."

The singer's relationship with the Seahawks quarterback has been under much scrutiny when Wilson revealed that he and Ciara have decided to remain celibate. Wilson said in a July 5 appearance at The Rock Church that God spoke to him and asked him to lead his girlfriend, and that he asked her if they took sexual relations off the table and "just did it Jesus's way."

Meanwhile, there are also rumors that the two are planning to tie the knot very soon. While the pair has yet to confirm the rumors, Wilson previously referred to his girlfriend as "The One" in an Instagram post.
