With Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in full swing, fans are excited to know what will happen in the next Avengers film.

According to Entertainment Weekly, with the events of "Thor: Ragnarok" behind him, Chris Hemsworth who plays the hammer wielding Thor, stated that once "Avengers: Infinity War" rolls in, he will still be sporting just one eye. He added, "We carry it into the film with the eye patch you see in this film."

"Thor: Ragnarok" director Taika Waititi wanted Thor to have an emotional evolution with him, continuously being emotionally stripped down, losing his Mjolnir and other things that could help create a more grounded and broken version of Thor.

The newest Thor movie has certainly affected not only Thor's storyline but that of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe leading up to "Infinity War." Marvel fans will surely want to know what happened to Hulk, played by Mark Rufallo, prior to his appearance in the latest Marvel movie "Thor: Ragnarok." In "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Hulk decided to leave the team after feeling that he was endangering them.

It has been two years in the MCU's timeline since the event of Age of Ultron, and now Hulk is able to display signs of intelligence as oppose to just growling and howling. Cinemablend points out that by "Avengers: Infinity War," Bruce Banner would have a better grasp at being the Hulk. It could also go the other way around, with Hulk learning that the ship he is on with the rest of the people of Asgard actually belongs to Thanos. This could make Hulk's dominant psychic grip much tighter as he tries to fight his way out of this and help the rest of the Asgardians.

Moreover, in a separate interview with Cinemablend, Rufallo confirmed that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has a special Hulk trilogy, where the green Avenger appears in "Thor: Ragnarok," "Avengers: Infinity War," and "Avengers 4." The actor also confirmed that Hulk being able to speak more and more is a part of his progression in the trilogies.

"Avengers: Infinity Wars" will drop into theaters on May 4, 2018.
