However, while Galaxy S6 might be able to exude performance and aesthetics that will allow the smartphone to become the crown possession for any individual, the first string of problems from Samsung's flagship offering have finally started to show. Carrier partners of the company such as T-Mobile have already started selling the device but owners have started complaining concerning the rear camera's flash. While the 16 megapixel rear shooter is able to snap impressive photographs, users state that the LED flash of the camera remains to be dimly lit, even when the camera function has been turned off.
According to XDA Developers, one Samsung's Galaxy S6 user had given a call to T-Mobile's customer care department in order to complain to the representative concerning the problem that the user was facing. According to the Galaxy S6 owner, the individual on the line sounded very suspicious when he was told in detail about the problem, giving sufficient evidence that several users have started to be plagued by this issue, albeit a small percentage of it.
Another user complained that performing a hard reset was not able to get rid of the problem. According to the information posted on the discussion thread, one user has stated that Samsung is apparently aware of the issue and has started working on a fix in order to eradicate the problem for good.
