Samsung Galaxy S6 camera problems: Smartphone owners complain of camera flash issues

Samsung was able to shut critics with the release of its Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, which are two smartphones that sport a beautiful exterior coupled with impressive hardware specifications and an improved interface. Additionally, both devices are also equipped with the company's Exynos 7420 chipset, which was manufactured on the 14 nm process and is able to zip past Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 in performance tests.

However, while Galaxy S6 might be able to exude performance and aesthetics that will allow the smartphone to become the crown possession for any individual, the first string of problems from Samsung's flagship offering have finally started to show. Carrier partners of the company such as T-Mobile have already started selling the device but owners have started complaining concerning the rear camera's flash. While the 16 megapixel rear shooter is able to snap impressive photographs, users state that the LED flash of the camera remains to be dimly lit, even when the camera function has been turned off.

According to XDA Developers, one Samsung's Galaxy S6 user had given a call to T-Mobile's customer care department in order to complain to the representative concerning the problem that the user was facing. According to the Galaxy S6 owner, the individual on the line sounded very suspicious when he was told in detail about the problem, giving sufficient evidence that several users have started to be plagued by this issue, albeit a small percentage of it.

Another user complained that performing a hard reset was not able to get rid of the problem. According to the information posted on the discussion thread, one user has stated that Samsung is apparently aware of the issue and has started working on a fix in order to eradicate the problem for good. The company did not care to provide details on how exactly it was going to do this.

However, the fact that some users are aware of Samsung's efforts show that the South Korean phone giant is taking large strides to show that their loyal branch of consumers are well satisfied with the company's products.
