Saygus has just unveiled what it likes to call the "super smartphone." The company's V2 device is able to house a combined storage figure of 320 GB.

According to Saygus, the V2 has been designed and is targeted toward the "media junkie." Apart from featuring an internal storage of 64 GB, it also possesses not one, but two slots for fitting in microSD cards. Both slots are able to accommodate a storage capacity limit of 128 GB, transforming the V2 into the world's first smartphone to carry around 320 GB of mobile storage. And since the device is targeted toward the media enthusiast, the V2's external audio comprises of Harman Kardon speakers.

According to the specifications sheet, the Saygus V2 sports a 5-inch screen size that renders a resolution of 1080 pixels. It has a 21-megapixel rear shooter with dual-LED flash and a 13-megapixel front facing camera.

Additional details of the specification reports that the Saygus V2 is equipped with a 2.5 GHz quad-core processor supplemented by 3 GB of RAM. The clock speed of the processor suggests that the chipset housing the processor is none other than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801, as the leading chip making company's processor's default clock speed in all devices carrying the aforementioned chipset is 2.5 GHz.

For security purposes, a biometric fingerprint scanner has been added, and to assist in additional flexibility, the V2 has a built-in wireless Qi charging port incorporated to it. In addition, the V2 runs Google's Android KitKat 4.4.4 operating system.

Similar to the Moto X Developer Edition, Saygus also decided to cater to the V2 for developers and has added a root access feature for them. As for the availability and pricing variables, Saygus has stated that it is "working to distribute its V2 through all U.S. carriers, and most of the carriers across the globe," and is planning to officially release the device by spring. Being able to house 320 GB of mobile storage means that the company will have a justified reason to attach a hefty price tag to the V2.
