Chinese multinational tech company Lenovo, which is also regarded as the largest PC maker on the planet, is currently working on a flagship smartphone that is expected to be unveiled on March 23, 2015. According to GSMArena, the upcoming smartphone is going to be named the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro. The website states that the Vibe Z3 Pro is expected to feature a premium finish, and while it has been stated that it will be powered by a high end Snapdragon chipset, it was not revealed as to which one will be assimilated to the smartphone.

With HTC and Xiaomi's offerings, it can be speculated that the upcoming device will be running the Snapdragon 810 and will be supplemented by 4 GB of RAM. In addition, the Vibe Z3 Pro will also be possessing 64 GB of onboard storage and unlike its predecessor, the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro, the flagship handset will feature an expandable storage slot.

GSMArena also reported that there is a possibility that Lenovo will be scaling down its upcoming flagship device to a screen size of 5.5 inches, while upping the resolution to 1440p. Lenovo's Vibe Z2 Pro possessed a whopping 6 inch screen size and an impressive battery pack of 4,000 mAh. However, due to the smaller frame of the upcoming handset, it is possible that the tech firm will be packing in a smaller battery.

While these are just rumors and can be dismissed immediately till the new product is officially announced, current flagship smartphones released by other manufacturers has led to believe that the Vibe Z3 Pro will possess hardware specifications similar to the ones stated before, if not equivalent. If equipped with a larger battery pack and additional RAM, the flagship smartphone will already possess an advantage over the Galaxy S6 and One M9, which feature the 2,550 and 2,840 mAh batteries respectively.
