Some parents already find it difficult to feed just one child who is a picky eater, so just imagine the challenge for parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar from "19 Kids and Counting" every time they feed their 19 children with varying tastes.

The Duggar Family Blog has revealed the family's favourite food, and it's a good thing that majority of them like Mexican dishes.

Jim Bob's favourite dish is a tater tot casserole, while Michelle has a sweet tooth and loves ice cream. The Christian mother also adores homemade chicken and dumplings.

Eldest son Josh likes chili frito pie, while second son John-David has a thing for Italian food. Like her twin, Jana likes Italian food, too, but she also craves for some Mexican dishes from time to time.

Jana's preference for Mexican food is also shared by her sisters Jill, Jessa and Jinger. Joseph likes Mexican and Italian foods, too, while Josiah loves cheesy chicken spaghetti. Joy-Anna is a fan of chicken and sweet potatoes while Jeddiah likes steak.

Jeremiah likes Stouffer's lasagna, Jason prefers hot wings, while James likes anything with stuffing. Justin shares his dad's favourite dish, and Jackson often craves for Salvadorian bread and refried beans. Johannah has a thing for lasagna, Jennifer likes green bean casserole, and Jordyn is a pancake girl. Youngest Duggar daughter Josie, on the other hand, likes plain macaroni and cheese.

Earlier, Michelle shared on her TLC blog that she spends around $3,000 a month on groceries. "For groceries, we mainly shop at discount grocery stores, warehouse clubs and co-ops. You can save thousands of dollars by doing just that," she said. "We buy mostly in bulk and stock up once a month on staples like butter, cereal and oats—it's just cheaper. And then I go back every three or four days to get our fresh produce."
