General Election 2017: Here are the Christian Labour candidates

Rarely in the build-up to a General Election in the UK has there been more talk of tactical voting.

Whether it's progressive alliances on the left or UKIP endorsing Brexit-backing Conservative candidates, die-hard members of all parties are backing others in a bid to either block or ensure the UK's exit from the European Union.

Whatever view you take, there is a very stark choice between a hard-left Labour and a hard-Brexit in the Tories.

Inevitably this will leave many politically homeless and some Christians may be tempted to abandon their traditional party and vote for people who share their faith.

Here is a list of Christian candidates who are standing for Labour in the General Election 2017, with thanks to Christians on the Left.

Christian Today has contacted the Conservative Christian Fellowship and the Liberal Democrat Christian Forum for a similar list.
