Another Duggar has entered into a courtship! Jinger Duggar, the 22-year-old reality star from "Jill and Jessa: Countin On" is now being courted by 28-year-old soccer player Jeremy Vuolo, who is goalkeeper for the San Antonio Scorpions.

The two made their announcement through the Duggar family's blog on Monday. "As opposed to a more casual dating relationship, we really want to honor the Lord, and be very intentional about how we move forward," Jeremy explains in their video announcement.

"I met Jeremy last May and then we had the opportunity to go on a mission trip together," Jinger shares. "It was there that I really saw his heart and admired his character."

Their relationship took a really big step after Jeremy approached Jinger's dad Jim Bob Duggar and asked his permission to get to know his daughter better. "We are very excited to begin this journey together, and for you to join us along the way," Jeremy adds.

Jinger is the fifth Duggar child to go into courtship. Her eldest brother Josh was the first to court his wife Anna, then Jill was courted by Derick Dillard. Jessa was next to enter courtship with Ben Seewald. All three courtships ended in marriage.

Their younger brother Josiah, on the other hand, courted Marjorie Jackson last year, but their relationship fizzled out midway so they ended the courtship and just remained friends.

There were earlier rumours that Jinger was being courted by close family friend Lawson Bates from the TV show "Bringing Up Bates," since the two were spending a lot of time together.

On Lawson's Twitter account (@lawbates), he even shared a selfie he took with his friend, with Jinger photobombing on the background. "Gonna miss you bro! Safe travels back to Indonesia," he wrote.

A lot of Duggar and Bates fans really hoped the two would end up together, but the rumours of their relationship were all unfounded and now it looks like she's very happy with Vuolo.
