'An Evening with Premier' to Feature Andy Flannagan

Premier Radio will host 'An Evening with Premier - Our God Reigns', featuring worship by Andy Flannagan and a message by Bible teacher Colin Urquhart.

The 12 months since the last 'An Evening with Premier' visited Croydon have been a time of great change and growth at Premier, says Peter Kerridge, Chief Executive of Premier Christian Radio.

"By God's grace Premier.tv has gone from strength to strength and Premier Christian Radio is now broadcasting on DAB digital radio across the Greater London area," wrote Kerridge.

"In addition to all this we will soon find out if Premier has been awarded a national DAB digital radio licence that - for the first time - it could enable Christian radio to be heard across the whole of the UK."

'An Evening with Premier' will be held 2 June 2007 at Fairfield Halls, Croydon, and will bring together Christians from all denominations to celebrate "God's sovereignty over all creation with praise, worship and teaching".

Premier Radio recently appealed for support from its listeners and all Christians across the UK to help it secure a place as the first Christian radio station to broadcast on a national digital licence.

The broadcasting regulator, Ofcom, is currently overseeing a decision on whether to award a licence to the National Grid or Channel Four.
