Dolph Ziggler has been around and has been a WWE champion to almost all individual titles the WWE has to offer. But being out of the mix at the moment, Ziggler wants back in (the limelight) and seemingly wants it before his contract expires.

Ziggler's contract is set to expire in a few months and WWE Creative writer Court Bauer revealed that the Show Off could possibly be on the way out unless the WWE gives him a push.

Bauer likened Ziggler's situation to a former wrestler, John Morrison, who is now known at Lucha Underground as Mundo. Ziggler and Morrison are friends and a reunion could be in the offing unless Ziggler gets the big push he is informally asking.

At the moment, Ziggler is tied up with a feud with Rusev after Lana re-aligned herself with the Show Off. But the move is seen something more as a partnership to help push Lana up the Divas ranks and such could become a problem if Ziggler does end up leaving.

Ziggler has been around and is a former WWE Intercontinental, WWE United States and WWE Heavyweight champion. He joined the WWE in 2004 and has since wrestled under different identities.

His last defining moment came at the WWE Survivor Series when he led Team Cena to a win over Team Authority. He has also been constantly figuring in ladder matches for the Intercontinental title and lately the Money in the Bank. On both occasions, Ziggler has come up short.

If he and the WWE fail to come up with an amicable settlement, the belief is that Ziggler could probably join either Lucha Underground or TNA Wrestling.

At Lucha Underground, Ziggler could earn as much as $500,000 annually – the going rate for top wrestlers over there. Other than Mundo (John Morrison), former WWE champion Alberto Del Rio is also under the Lucha Underground wing.

With those cards placed on the table, it will be interesting to see if the WWE would heed to Ziggler's demands. If not, don't be surprised to see Ziggler quietly eased out of the WWE scene.
