As filming for the third season of 'House of Cards' carries on, its premiere episode is expected to air in early 2015. Regular cast members are expected to return, including Robin Wright who plays Claire Underwood and Nathan Darrow who portrays Edward Meechum, to name a few.

The cast and crew members are reportedly filming in Maryland where the previous seasons had also been shot. Frank Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey, has moved on to becoming President of the United States. Michael Gill's character, former President Garrett Walker, will not be drawing any more attention to himself in the upcoming season.

However, fans have been wanting to know what awaits Chief of Staff Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly), as he was hit in the head by prostitute Rachel Posner (Rachel Brosnahan) in the woods at the end of the second season.

Meanwhile, Russian actors have been rumored to be signed on as guest stars.  This includes Maria Alyokhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, members of Pussy Riot, a political punk band from Russia.

"It's important for us to meet people who are doing political cinema in the U.S. because in Russia, it doesn't exist, and we want to know how it happens," Alyokhina stated, when asked by The Wall Street Journal whether the band has been in talks with the team behind "House of Cards."

Tolokonnikova also commented: "It's not a question of what do they want, but what we want from them. And we want to learn how to do a political movie. This is our main agenda right now."

There has been no confirmation from the production team if the Russian band will appear on the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that "House of Cards" is yet to improve its performance in European markets, including France and Germany, in which Netflix should be able to enhance broadcast records anytime soon.
