Reports say that the Google Nexus 8, which will run on the newest Android L, will be released in the market before Oct. 9 rolls in.

As a follow-up to the Nexus 7, the upcoming device will be integrated with an nVidia Tegra 64-bit processor; MDM9x25 chip for 4G - LTE, NFC and GPS; 4GB RAM; 8Mp rear- and 1.6Mp front-facing cameras. Considering its higher specs, TK Tech News has reported that the Nexus 8 may possibly come with a $399 price tag.The tablet has been designed for increased ease-of-use with a more user-friendly interface.

In terms of release date, the Nexus 8 was initially speculated to have had a July release date, following the launch of its predecessors, the Nexus 7 models, which were made available in July 2012 and July 2013.

With no Nexus 8 being launched two months ago, the latest buzz is now being centered on a Nexus 8 release date this fall alongside the official launch of Android L. PCAdvisor has suggested that the company is likely to make a new Nexus gadget available if a new Android version is being released as well. In 2013, for instance, the Nexus 5 was launched together with the Android 4.4 KitKat.

Taking to social media, @UpLeakes did share a teaser that a certain T1, which was used to refer to an upcoming Nexus tablet, will come with an ample supply of accessories, such as keyboard and case cover.

"HTC T1 accessories; Magic Cover Leather (Natural/Black), Magic Cover TPU (Coral Amethyst/Mint Indigo/Lime Stone/Indigo Black), Keyboard Folio," an @UpLeaks tweet revealed on Aug. 30.

In another tweet, @UpLeaks seemingly confirmed that such an Android tab will be coming in a Wi-Fi and cellular version, and the first countries that will be having their hands on the device include Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and Russia.

According to the gadget scooper, the upcoming Nexus will soon reach "soooooo many countries."

Similarly, a report from Gforgames.com has stated that HTC has been chosen by Google to come up with the 8.9-inch tablet that is the successor to Nexus 7, which comes with the internal name Flounder or Volantis.

Android watchers are now looking forward to a possible release date of the Nexus 8 in November, or several weeks after the rumored Nexus 6 launching in October.
