With the latest batch of titles coming via the Xbox Games with Gold service now announced, more than a few players are now looking toward next month in the hopes that additional quality titles will be delivered.

As of now at least, only one game is confirmed for February via the Xbox Games with Gold service, and that is "Zheros."

"Zheros" offers Xbox One owners a 3D beat 'em up game not unlike other entries to the genre in years past. "Zheros" provides players with a throwback experience to when games were decidedly less complicated, and when fighting through a horde of enemies was viable and often the only way to make progress.

To complement its beat 'em up style gameplay, "Zheros" takes players to a sci-fi setting not found in many other titles belonging to the same game genre.

The game also offers single and multiplayer modes, according to We Got This Covered.

"Zheros" will be available via the Xbox Games with Gold service starting Jan. 16 and will be there up until Feb. 15.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has not announced what other games will be offered via the service this February.

In the past, Microsoft has adopted a pattern of making an older triple A title available via the Xbox Games with Gold service a month ahead of when a new game from that franchise might be launched, but the company has not always held firm to that trend.

As noted by MNR Daily, Microsoft typically announces their upcoming Games with Gold lineup right around the 25th of the current month, and that may be the case again this time.

Unless Microsoft breaks that pattern for February, players will have no other choice than to wait until the last week of February to get a better read on what new titles will be made available via the Games with Gold service.
