WWE rumors: Who will face The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 32?

The Undertaker is expected to show up at Wrestlemania 32, but who will be facing at the event remains a question that cannot be definitively answered for now.

The Undertaker's annual Wrestlemania matches are usually some of the most eagerly anticipated encounters of the wrestling calendar, and this year figures to be no different.

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an obvious foe for The Undertaker for this year, or at least not yet.

According to Forbes, at one point in time, The Undertaker was reportedly set to take on John Cena at Wrestlemania 32, but those plans obviously have to be shelved now since the latter competitor is currently recovering from a recent injury.

With Cena now out, there are still some names that could present intriguing matchups for The Undertaker.

Currently, a name often mentioned in discussions about The Undertaker's Wrestlemania opponent belongs to none other than Kevin Owens, according to The Inquisitr.

Owens has enjoyed a stellar first year campaign in the WWE that has included a brief reign as the Intercontinental Champion. Owens is also one of the company's top bad guys, making a potential feud with The Undertaker both logical and relatively easy to arrange.

If not Owens, then the WWE could turn to the man he lost the Intercontinental Championship to as a potential Undertaker opponent.

Ambrose is currently involved in the main event picture as he is set to headline the upcoming "Fastlane" pay-per-view together with Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. The winner of that triple threat match would then go on to face Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 32.

As of now, most fans don't expect Ambrose to emerge victorious from that match, meaning he could be available for another big feud.

While an Undertaker vs. Ambrose match at Wrestlemania 32 would essentially pit two fan favorites against each other, it could still be a big draw that the WWE may not be able to ignore.

One last name being mentioned as a potential Wrestlemania 32 opponent for The Undertaker is Wyatt Family member Braun Strowman.

Strowman has the look of a monstrous bad guy, but WWE fans haven't had much of an opportunity to familiarize themselves with his work since he has often not been involved in singles matches.

Strowman's inexperience could be a big problem, especially if he is asked to perform alongside The Undertaker in such a high profile match.

Still, a classic giant vs. giant encounter is always a possibility with the WWE, making a Strowman–Undertaker bout at least plausible.

With Wrestlemania 32 fast approaching, the WWE will soon have to make a final call when it comes to The Undertaker's opponent, and at the very least, they seem to have some interesting options.
