Recent rumors have suggested that a The Undertaker–Braun Strowman match will likely take place at WrestleMania 32, but that match may not happen after all.
Numerous factors can reportedly get in the way of a hypothetical The Undertaker–Strowman match, but the foremost of these may be the former's desire to do the fight or the lack thereof.
The Undertaker is reportedly not too keen on doing the match with Strowman at WrestleMania 32.
According to The Inquisitr, one of the possible reasons for why The Undertaker may not want to do the match is because of the belief that a bout between him and Strowman may not be as memorable as previous contests.
The Undertaker has routinely been part of high profile matches at previous WrestleManias, and it would make sense that the legendary wrestler would want to keep that trend going.
If not Strowman, then there could still be numerous candidates to step into the ring with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32.
Another name that could be considered as a possible opponent for The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32 is Kevin Owens, according to Moviepilot.
Owens has had a successful first year in the WWE, highlighted by an Intercontinental Championship reign and a lengthy feud with John Cena, making him a solid option as a potential WrestleMania 32 opponent for The Undertaker.
If not Owens, then the WWE could also decide to put current intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose into a WrestleMania 32 feud with The Undertaker.
Ambrose is currently involved in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture, although he is not expected to compete for the title at WrestleMania, leaving him without an obvious opponent as well.
Still, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is reportedly high on Strowman's potential, and with him backing the big man, then a match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32 will still be on the table even if the iconic wrestler is not 100 percent onboard with the idea.
At this point, a The Undertaker–Strowman WrestleMania 32 match looks far from guaranteed, and more clarity regarding the matter may not be available until later on.
