Capcom has confirmed that Ultra Street Fighter 4 will release as digital upgrades to PSN and XBL in North America on June 3 and the European market on June 4.

The ever popular fighting game will then release in an all-in-one retail version to the PS3 and Xbox 360 on August 5, and they'll be able to get the full digital bundles through download too.

For PC via Steam, the upgrade and digital bundle will land August 8.

Pre-orders of the digital upgrade on European PSN and at select retailers will be able to get their hands on the 2014 Challengers Costume pack which provides alternate costumes free-of-charge for the new characters - Jungle Elena, Medieval Hugo, Pirate Poison, Wizard Rolento and Gladiator Decapre.

Rolento and Decapre come from the Street Fighter Alpha series, while Poison and Hugo are from Final Fight and Street Fighter 3.

The latest installment comes with a bunch of changes, like the Training Mode Fight Request to practise fighting with different characters and try out new combos.

There is also built-in YouTube uploading and the ability to rewatch local multiplayer games.

Six new stages have been added to the game.  They come from Street Fighter X Tekken - Blast Furnace, Jurassic Era Research Facility, Pit Stop 109, Mad Gear Hideout, Half-Pipe and Cosmic Elevator.
