As "One Piece" continues to move forward, it appears that the Straw Hat Pirates are now on a collision course with a stronger and more dangerous group of new enemies.
Chapter 804 begins innocently enough, with the crew setting foot on Zou Island.
At first, the crew is able to see a fully-developed island nation that has been built around its natural surroundings, but that was not all that was there, according to Movie News Guide.
As they ventured even deeper into Zou Island, they were able to see the destruction that it has endured, and they also ran into a mysterious band of new foes.
The Straw Hat Pirates immediately sensed the danger around them, but they were still caught off guard by a sudden attack from one of their new foes.
The battle did not escalate from there, however, as it appears that the new group they have encountered was not interested in them, at least not at that time.
Curiously enough, one of the members of the new group they ran into was wearing Nami's clothes, prompting the Straw Hat Pirates and the fans themselves to suspect that something bad may have happened.
Unfortunately, the chapter does not delve deeper into what may have happened to Nami, and fans are instead left wondering for themselves about just who these new foes are.
That's not all, according to Design and Trend, there appears to be another intruder on Zou Island apart from the group of strangers the Straw Hat Pirates saw.
What this means for now is uncertain, although it does not appear to bode well for the heroic crew.
It is highly likely that the next chapter of "One Piece" could feature the crew taking on two different sets of enemies, thus making the battle even more difficult.
For now, chapter 804 is content to tease fans with the might and mystery of new foes, and what happens next could be a momentous event for the franchise.
