A new patch released for "NBA 2K16" looks to help address some of the game's problems while also providing some necessary fixes.

For the most part, the new patch will be providing bug fixes and performance improvements, so fans looking for any new content will likely have to wait for that in future, Design and Trend reported.

One of the more problematic bugs that the patch addresses is the one that would sometimes lead to users losing control of their players at some point during the course of a co-op game.

The patch also addresses a problem that would cause some players to see a disconnect issue during the course of an online game.

For the most part, it looks as though the new "NBA 2K16" patch is designed to improve the overall experience of playing the game online.

Tweaks have also been made to "NBA 2K16's" gameplay to help give fans a better experience.

Changes such as free throw celebrations and interactions being improved are promising to help provide players with a more authentic simulation. Tweaks have also been made to the game so that there will be fewer instances of alley-oops and putbacks being missed even when the players attempting them are wide open.

Game modes such as MyGM and MyCareer have also been addressed by the latest patch.

Aside from a new patch, additional locker codes have also been revealed inside "NBA 2K16," the International Business Times India reported.

The locker codes that have been made available are for the Kyrie 2 and Kyrie 2 effect. For the Kyrie 2, players will need to input "64PN3-FBVDC-VXYUH-IH88N-6VG7I," and for the Kyrie 2 effect, players will have to type in "64PN3-FBVDC-VXYUH-IH88N-6VG7I."

Two locker codes for the Limited Dynamic Diamond Stephen Curry have also been revealed, and they are "AVVAO-NEK9A-RSZML-E3H00-W1WXJ" and "VMC0H-IE8BN-O6LX6-5UG4R-101CL."

More news about "NBA 2K16" is expected to be made available soon.
