'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' launch taking place at midnight in selected GameStop outlets

Fans eager to get their hands on "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" can get a copy of the game right at the stroke of midnight on Feb. 9.

Fans who will be looking to get the game when it first becomes available can head on over to GameStop outlets as the retailer will be selling copies as soon as the clock strikes midnight.

Since the promotion takes into account eastern time, availability will vary depending on which part of the country a buyer is in.

Central time residents can get their copies of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" by 11:01 p.m. in their time zone; Mountain Time residents can get it two hours earlier than Eastern Time zone residents; and Pacific Time zone residents can get it as early as 9:01 in their areas. The differences would also mean that buyers in areas not covered by the Eastern Time zone will technically be getting their copies on Feb. 8 and not on Feb. 9.

It's also worth noting that not all GameStop outlets will be participating in the midnight launch, Attack of the Fanboy reported. For fans looking to get the game when it first becomes available, they are advised to call their nearby store first before they head on over to purchase their copy of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4."

Only the console versions of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be sold during the midnight launch.

In related news, "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will reportedly take about an hour to install when gamers first load it, Siliconera reported. The information regarding the game's install length comes courtesy of a recent video shared by its developers.

In the video, CyberConnect 2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama also informed viewers that they could still take part in some battles while they wait for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" to be completely installed.
