Patch 1.06 is now live for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," and it is introducing a wide array of changes to the game.

Changes are not exactly the same for both platforms this time around.

Starting off with PlayStation 4 port of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," notable changes to its multiplayer mode include the removal of one user interface error that was known to occur whenever a player had been idle on the main menu for an extended period of time, according to the update notes posted on Activision Support.

Several of the weapons and multiplayer maps inside the PlayStation 4 port of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" have also been tweaked in order to promote better gameplay.

As for the Zombies mode found in the PlayStation 4 version of the game, features of it including Daily Challenges and GobbleGums have also been fixed via patch 1.06.

The campaign mode in the PlayStation 4 version of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" has also added support for the tactical mode "auto-on" feature.

That specific tweak is also present in the Xbox One version of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," along with changes also being implemented to the campaign mode's challenges.

The Zombies mode featured in the Xbox One port of the game will also be receiving more fixes than the one included in the PlayStation 4 version, according to the notes seen on Activision Support.

When it comes to multiplayer mode, the weapons and maps included in the Xbox One port of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will also be affected by the arrival of the latest patch.

In related news, the game's Black Market is also getting some new items that will be available for players to purchase.

There are over 100 new items reportedly being added to the Black Market, with weapons and specialist themes included in the list.

More news about "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" should be made available in the near future.
