Players can look forward to some old favorites coming back as downloadable content (DLC) for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3."

According to the listing of the game's season pass on the Xbox Store, fan-favorite maps from "Call of Duty: World at War" and other earlier entries from the "Black Ops" series will be included in the season pass for the game. It's unclear just how many of these fan-favorite maps will actually be included in the season pass, so players will have to find that out for themselves. It's also worth noting that the fan-favorite maps have been re-imagined, meaning they may be a bit different from what players have known to come and love, although they should still largely remain intact.

Also included in the season pass for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is "The Giant" Zombies map for the game.

Additional content appears to be coming to the Zombies mode in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" via the game's season pass, although it's unclear what this will be.

As of now, an official price for the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" season pass has yet to be announced, but according to Gamespot, players would be well advised to expect it to be priced around $50 if they are going by what the people behind the game have done in the past.

Unfortunately, not all those who will be playing "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be getting the full experience, as the season pass for the game will not be made available for either the PlayStation 3 or the Xbox 360, according to Game Informer.

On top of that, Activision has also announced that the prices for individual DLC packs for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" may be different for last generation consoles.

Activision will release more information regarding DLC packs on last generation consoles in the future.
