Two more phones will be receiving the Android Marshmallow update very soon.

According to Neurogadget, both the Moto G 2014 and T-Mobile's Nexus 6 are the two new smartphones set to get the latest update from Google.

Starting with the Marshmallow update rolling out for the Moto G 2014, this particular piece of software is actually available now for some owners, specifically to those who are registered to the company's feedback network.

From there, the Marshmallow update is also expected to start rolling out to more Moto G 2014 units, with the official launch expected to begin in about two weeks.

As for T-Mobile's Nexus 6, the update arriving soon actually comes more as a relief for owners. The Marshmallow update for T-Mobile's Nexus 6 was actually expected to be available by now, but it has been delayed to this point. The main reason being pointed to for the delay is the problematic Wi-Fi calling feature for the phone.

An exact timeline for the Marshmallow update's arrival to T-Mobile's Nexus 6 has not been announced, although it is also expected to be launched sooner rather than later.

The Moto G 2014 and T-Mobile's Nexus 6 are not the only smartphones expected to receive the Marshmallow update soon.

According to IT Pro UK, both OnePlus and Samsung have also announced that some of their devices are also in line to get the Marshmallow update. Both phones are expected to receive the OS update in early 2016, possibly even in the first quarter of the year.

As for Samsung, it is believed that the Galaxy Note 5 will be one of the company's first devices to get the upgrade.

The Android Marshmallow update will be introducing a host of performance upgrades to numerous smartphones. The update will also enable users to enjoy features such as Android Pay and Google Now on Tap.
