The Hall of Fame Showcase downloadable content (DLC) pack might be released for "WWE 2K16" before the end of the month.
According to a financial report from Take-Two Interactive that has been shared by Business Wire, the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase DLC will, apparently, be released on Feb. 23.
The DLC pack itself is included in Take-Two's list of future titles, and it appears alongside other games coming from 2K and Rockstar such as "XCOM 2," "Battleborn," and "Mafia III."
2K has yet to announce any official release date for the upcoming DLC pack, so the information appearing in the financial report remains unofficial for now.
The Hall of Fame Showcase DLC is expected to be the last pack released for "WWE 2K16."
Unlike the Legends and Future Stars packs that were released for the game earlier on, the upcoming DLC is not going to add completely playable characters. Instead, it will be giving players access to new, playable matches that feature members of last year's World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Fame class.
There will be seven matches in total that will be featured in the upcoming DLC pack, according to the game's official website.
Notable matches players can look forward to trying out include a tag team bout between The Outsiders, a team made up of Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, going up against Booker T and Stevie Ray, a pair otherwise known as Harlem Heat.
Players can also take part in a match that pits the legendary "Macho Man" Randy Savage against another beloved wrestler in the person of Jake "The Snake" Roberts.
Other members of the 2015 Hall of Fame class featured in the upcoming DLC pack are Tatsumi Fujinami, Alundra Blayze, Larry Zbyszko, Rikishi, and the tag team known as The Bushwhackers.
Players interested in getting the Hall of Fame Showcase DLC can purchase it on its own for $9.99. It is also included in "WWE 2K16's" season pass that is currently on sale for $24.99.
