The video of a Christian mother who broke down on camera because of the profanity of a rap song being played on a local radio station has gone viral, with more than 800,000 people having watched the clip so far.

The mother, identified by CNET.com as Krystle Partido from Woodward, Oklahoma, narrated in the video she posted on her Facebook page last month how she came across the rap song "Norf Norf" by Vince Staples while driving her 11-year-old daughter to school.

Partido was calm at first while sharing her story, but eventually broke down when she started saying how she "could not believe what she was hearing" on the local radio.

The Christian mother was very upset that young children like her daughter are being exposed to songs with profane lyrics. Aside from expletives, the song "Norf Norf" also has references to police brutality and even abortion.

"This crap is being played. I couldn't even believe the words that I was listening to. As a mom it infuriated me. Like, why this is on there ... like I started to get tears in my eyes it upset me so much," Partido said in her viral clip.

She also contrasted the songs being aired on the radio today to the songs she listened to while she was growing up, which were mostly pop and country music.

"I remember listening to the top hits as a kid," she said. "You know, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, and N'SYNC. Those were the top hits when I was a kid. Nowadays it's not the same, not the same at all."

Partido then went on to recite the lyrics of the rap song, and vowed not to listen to the radio station again. The station reportedly took the rap song out of its playlist when the video went viral.

"As a mom, man, I'm raising four little girls and that just breaks my heart. I tell you right now, music has a strong influence on our children," she said.
