Downloadable content (DLC) plans for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" have now been officially announced.
News regarding the game's DLC came directly from its publisher, Bandai Namco.
According to Gamespot, there will be three different DLC packs released for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" after its initial launch.
The first DLC pack for the game will have a scenario that will include about three hours of new content. It will also include 10 pieces each of new matching voices, ninja info cards, and costumes that came from earlier games. There will also be one new costume and item set that players will receive from the first "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC pack. The pack will also feature four combination secret techniques.
The game's second DLC pack will contain the same amount of content, though they will presumably be different kinds of it. The only real bit of difference is that instead of four combination secret techniques, the second DLC pack for the game will only have three.
The third DLC pack for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be slightly different. Even though it will also feature 10 pieces each of costumes from older games, matching voices, ninja info cards as well as one new item set and three combination secret techniques, its unique offering will be the four new playable characters it will be providing to players.
All three of the DLC packs can be purchased together through the season pass being offered for the game.
In related news, it also appears as though adventure mode will be making a comeback in "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4."
According to a scan from Jump Magazine and as reported on by Shonen Gamez, the mode will be allowing players to venture back and forth between the Hidden Leaf and Hidden Sand villages, and presumably, to other areas inside the game as well.
As players roam around in the game as Naruto, they can also choose to switch and use his other teammates.
"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be released on Feb. 5, 2016.
