Both the Windows 10 Beta and Pocket Editions of "Minecraft" are set to receive a bunch of new Overworld features.

Details about the upcoming "Minecraft" update were posted on Xbox Wire, and it certainly looks like players will be able to accomplish more inside the game, thanks to the soon-to-be added features.

First off, players will be getting new redstone components that should enable them to create more advanced forms of machinery. The list of new components includes comparators, dispensers, droppers, hoppers, repeaters, and trapped chests.

Thanks to the upcoming update, "Minecraft" players will also be able to encounter witch huts while they make their way through the game's swamps. Players brave enough to venture into a witch hut will also be able to snag a randomly generated potion from within the cauldron located in that particular setting.

Soon, players will also be able to use cauldrons to dye pieces of armor.

Soon-to-be introduced Item Frames will also allow players to display their rarest collectibles inside their homes.

Chicken jockey mobs, red sandstone, slime blocks, and wearable pumpkins will also be coming to the Windows 10 Beta and Pocket Editions of "Minecraft," although as Gotta Be Mobile noted, these items will likely be familiar to long-time players since they are also present in other versions of the game.

Lastly, "Minecraft" fans playing the Windows 10 Beta Edition of the game will also be able to import and export maps as soon as the update arrives.

"Minecraft" fans playing the Windows 10 Beta version will also be given eight new achievements to aim for. The list of new achievements includes Camouflage, Dispense With This, Freight Station, Map Room, Smelt Everything, Taste of Your Own Medicine, Tie Dye Outfit, and Trampoline Bounce.

All of the new features being added to the Windows 10 Beta and Pocket Editions of "Minecraft" should be made available before the end of February, though an exact date has not been announced.
