Since getting married to John Luke Robertson from "Duck Dynasty" and finally claiming the title of "The Little Duck Wife," Mary Kate has been busy launching new products, going on special events, and getting ready for college.

But despite everything that's happened in her life, Mary Kate has been consistent in doing her devotionals. She recently shared a specific one on her Instagram account (@marykaterob). There, she shared a photo of her notebook which contains a list of things that she needs to do to achieve her daily goal, which is to live by the spirit of God.

According to her Bible study, the "fruits of the spirit" include love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Her prayer, which is inspired by the Bible verses Galatians 5:22 to 23, says: "Lord, let me... Help me to live by the spirit so I may produce these fruits. I know I cannot produce them by my own means. I have to do it by your power! So I pray you empower me with your spirit and give me strength so these may be seen in my day to day life!"

Mary Kate also shared in her blog post that God was there to help her and her husband John Luke when they recently moved from their home in Louisiana to a place near their college Liberty University, which was 14 hours' drive away.

"I know most people are so ready to get out of their hometown when they graduate and go out into the world. But I am such a homebody and such a family-oriented person," she admitted.

But because of her daily devotionals, she managed to overcome feelings of home sickness and be excited for her future in college.

"Time spent with God is so precious and the best thing you can do during your day. It seems hard sometimes to find time, but any time is better than no time at all. I find it best to start my day off with Him—it just helps to set the mood for the rest of the day. Be in the Word and pray. Starting you day off refreshed and encouraged is way better than starting off sad and negative. God loves it when you spend time with Him, too," she said.
