'Fallout 4' tips: Detailing some of the unique weapons

"Fallout 4" is home to a unique array of weapons, yet some of them are stronger than the rest.

Among the stronger weapon types in "Fallout 4" are energy-based guns, and there are a lot of options to choose from for players.

Still, some energy-based weapons make them just a bit more desirable than the rest.

One of these energy-based weapons is the Cryolator. What makes the Cryolator unique is its ability to freeze enemies, rendering them unable to move for a certain amount of time and giving players just enough of a window to defeat them.

Fortunately, the Cryolator is also in an easily accessible location, according to Game Rant. This unique weapon is actually located in Vault 111, otherwise known as the first dungeon of the game. It's in a case in the Overseer's office and players who can fiddle around with master level locks can simply use bobby pins to get it, or they can utilize the Dogmeat glitch that allows the retrieval of weapons via a set of commands from the player.

Another unique energy-based weapon in "Fallout 4" is the UP77 Limitless Potential. What makes this particular gun unique is the fact that it allows players to continue firing energy beams as much as they want, provided that they have the requisite amount of fusion cells needed to do so, according to Stevivor. That means no reloading will be necessary for players.

In order to get the UP77 Limitless Potential, players first need to head on over to the University Point, a location to the northeast of Railroad HQ. Once in University Point, players need to head to the bank and then climb some stairs to locate a terminal containing a password. Players can then go back down, look for a terminal that will open a steel door and proceed from there. After the steel door is opened, players will see another set of stairs leading down to the vault where they will be able to use their previously acquired password. Inside the vault are three safes, with one of them containing a red button that opens the path to a secret lab. The UP77 Limitless Potential is set on top of a table in the laboratory.

These are just two of the unique weapons inside "Fallout 4" and there are still more in the Wasteland that are capable of helping players overcome even the most formidable of foes.
