Fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of downloadable content (DLC) inside "Fallout 4," and there are numerous pointing to what kind of new content players can supposedly look forward to.

One possible option for the game is to feature underwater DLC, and at this point, most players would probably be a bit surprised if "Fallout 4" ends up featuring no content underneath the waves.

As Gotta Be Mobile reported, one "Fallout 4" player has even spent more than 30 hours just combing through the underwater avenues of the game and has thus far returned some pretty interesting finds.

The question of whether or not the player's discoveries truly hint at upcoming underwater DLC will be answered soon enough when new content is added to "Fallout 4."

According to WhatCulture, it's also possible that the upcoming "Fallout 4" DLC could take players outside of Boston and into new cities nearby.

Providence in particular was mentioned by the website, and it could make sense as a new location for the game mainly because of its significant history and interesting locales. Expanding beyond Boston's borders could even present players with a new opportunity to take on new challenges and even new foes who will be gunning them down.

In all likelihood, "Fallout 4's" DLC will also be bringing new items into the game, and N4BB even mentioned the possibility that additional companions could soon be made available, allowing the game's Sole Survivor to venture forth into the Commonwealth Wasteland along with a set of fresh eyes.

Unfortunately, all fans can do for now is speculate, as Bethesda has yet to say anything official about what will be included inside the game's DLC.

Players who want to make sure they don't miss out on any new "Fallout 4" content can purchase the game's season pass, which is available for $30.
