'Dragon Ball Super' spoilers: Goku and Vegeta to train

The theme of training will be at the heart of the upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super."

First off, none other than Vegeta himself will be seeking to get stronger in the next episode.

Upon seeing Goku attain yet another level of power that he has yet to experience, Vegeta is again motivated to improve himself, and he appears to have found himself a new teacher.

In the next episode, it appears that Vegeta has learned that Whis is Beerus' teacher, and upon discovering this, the Saiyan prince now seeks to acquire the same training for himself.

Whis ends up telling him that there could be a way for him to surpass even the might of Goku, and that would seem to indicate that Vegeta would be willing to train under his newfound mentor, according to Yibada.

As for Goku, he is shown torn between his desire to get stronger and also his longing to live a normal life, although past instances would seem to indicate that the mighty Saiyan is more likely to embark on another long training regimen than to resort to a life of farming as his wife would want.

In this regard, fans will be treated to a bit of a surprise as Krillin offers to train with his old friend, according to Design and Trend. It is fairly obvious that Krillin and Goku are not on the same level in terms of their power, however, and that may ultimately lead the Saiyan to seek out someone else who could prepare him for future battles.

One likely scenario is that Goku and Vegeta will end up training together under Whis as they hope to get strong enough to topple their new foe. Whether or not the two are able to get the training they need will be revealed not before long.

"Dragon Ball Super" airs Sundays.
