A new game mode has just recently been revealed for "Call of Duty" Black Ops 3."

The new game mode is known as Free Run, and as the name suggests, it definitely evokes some of the elements of parkour.

In Free Run, players will be tasked with making their way through an obstacle course by utilizing the movement elements that have been integrated into "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3."

There will be four different obstacle courses available for players to try, and each run will be timed to add yet another dash of excitement. There will also be certain points during a run where players may need to use a gun to hit some target boards, according to PC Gamer.

Unsurprisingly, the courses will become more difficult to complete as they increase in level.

The new Free Run mode will be available right from the start in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," giving players ample time to get used to the courses and to master them as well, according to Gamespot.

In related news, more details about the matchmaking in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" have also been shared by the game's developer Treyarch.

This time around, the matchmaking inside "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" has been calibrated to prioritize network quality above all, according to Gaming Bolt.

Once players have already been entered into a lobby courtesy of the game's matchmaking mechanics, it is only then that it will begin to consider skill in terms of how the teams will be formed.

The hope is that the new tweaks being made to the game's matchmaking mechanics will help players enjoy better matches. The change has been made in order to avoid some of the problems that popped up with the matchmaking in "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare."

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be released on Nov. 6.
