The work of Patty Jenkins on the set of "Wonder Woman" is finally over, and the film director thanked the cast and crew for finishing the movie.

On Twitter, Jenkins posted a photo of the people working behind the set of the next installment from the DC Cinematic Universe. In the middle of the photo is actress Gal Gadot, who is still wearing her costume for the role of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. In the caption, she said: "This cast and crew were truly phenomenal. Can't wait to share their work on the big screen! #WonderWoman"

Jenkins also thanked the other cast and crew members who were not included in the photo in another post, while she dedicated a separate post to Sarah Brock, the film's official make-up artist. In an earlier post, the director revealed her excitement after wrapping up the very first film adaptation of "Wonder Woman" during the birthday of "Wonder Woman" creator William Marston.

Gadot marked the end of filming the movie by posting an update on Facebook, saying: "Today was my last day shooting the solo Wonder Woman movie! It's been such an amazing, exciting, dreamy, happy and fascinating experience I will cherish it forever. Thank you to everyone who was involved, our amazing cast, crew and phenomenal director."

But while the production for the upcoming film is finally over, the speculations about the participation of Ben Affleck in the film continues. According to a report from Movie News Guide, Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner were spotted with their kids in Paris, where "Wonder Woman" was filmed. This led to speculations that Affleck was in Paris to shoot his scenes for the film as Bruce Wayne/Batman.

However, the actor might also be in Paris to shoot the first installment of the "Justice League" film. Affleck and Warner Bros. continue to remain mum about the actor's involvement in the upcoming "Wonder Woman" movie.

Aside from Gadot, the cast of "Wonder Woman" includes Chris Pine as Diana's love interest Steve Trevor, Lucy Davis as Diana's best friend Etta Candy, Connie Nielsen as Diana's mother Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as Diana's aunt General Antiope, and Mayling Ng as the Amazon named Orana.

"Wonder Woman" is scheduled to premiere on June 2, 2017.
