"Where the Water Tastes Like Wine" is a narrative-driven adventure game about traveling, survival, and destiny. No specific dates regarding the game's release have yet to be shared, but on Jan. 10, the developers of the game released a new trailer announcing the upcoming voice actors.

The trailer was uploaded to Good Shepherd Entertainment's YouTube channel. Around over a minute long, the latest trailer gave fans a glimpse of the game's voice acting, alongside introducing a handful of the voice actors who would be voicing some of the characters for the game.

Some of the voice actors who were mentioned were Elizabeth Maxwell, a well-known voice actor who voiced for many video games and anime series – including "Fullmetal Alchemist," "Persona 5," and "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." Melissa Hutchinson, who voiced Clementine in Telltale's "The Walking Dead" video game series. Dave Fennoy, who voiced Lee in Telltale's "The Walking Dead" and voiced Bluebeard in Telltale's "The Wolf Among Us."

More voice actors such as the likes of Kimberly Brooks and Sissy Jones were also mentioned. One of the most surprising moments of the newest trailer, was when it was revealed that Gordon Matthew Thomas (Sting), a British rock musician would be voicing the wolf – the mysterious narrator of "Where the Water Tastes Like Wine." While the reveal was unexpected, fans reacted positively to the announcement and many expressed their excitement over Sting's inclusion in the game.

While it is uncertain when in 2018 the game will be released, "Where the Water Tastes Like Wine" already has a Steam page with additional information on what one can expect from the game.

Many excited fans have often compared it to "Kentucky Route Zero" and "Sunless Seas," two games about exploring the world and learning about its strangeness and the people who inhabit it. It is an interactive storybook waiting to be read, a world of colorful characters waiting to tell their stories.
