Reality show star Jax Taylor might have to extend his Hawaii trip, but not for a prolonged vacation. TMZ reported that the "Vanderpump Rules" star was arrested Friday for felony theft for allegedly stealing a pair of sunglasses.

According to reports, the bartender of stylish Hollywood restaurant SUR, owned by "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump, went to a sunglasses shop one block away from the Honolulu hotel where he and his new girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright, stayed during their Hawaiian getaway. Reports claim that Taylor stole an item from the store that could be worth around $300, which is why the felony case was filed against him. He was allegedly caught in his hotel.

Taylor, who regularly posted several photos from his supposedly romantic getaway with his new girl, is also allegedly on the island to film several scenes for the fourth season of the Bravo reality spin-off show. The couple was joined by co-stars Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, as well as Mike and Scheana Shay during the said trip.

The 35-year-old star is known for his messy romantic involvements with several co-workers in Vanderpump's restaurant as well as for going under the knife for several cosmetic enhancements. In the past seasons of "Vanderpump Rules," he got involved in a love triangle when he cheated on SUR's server Stassi Schroeder with another server named Kristen Doute. Last season, the series featured Taylor's attempt to reconcile with his co-star Tom Sandoval, as well as his latest nose job.

At the moment, there is no information provided about how long the reality star will stay inside the Hawaiian jail. Taylor's companions during the island break are also mum about their friend's current condition.
