'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 8 news: Porsha drops 'sexist' remarks against DonJuan

The proof that business partnerships could cause the end of a strong friendship was featured in the recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 8.

This week's episode of the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 8 showed the disadvantages of forging a business deal with friends.

Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks had a falling out because of a failed business deal. But then Kandi Burruss's employee DonJuan Clark got caught in a little word war between the two after he heard them talking about his boss behind her back.

The episode showed "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast members talk about Kandi and Todd during the event and joked about her money problems. DonJuan heard them and immediately joined their conversation to defend her boss, saying that there is a bigger reason why Phaedra and Kandi have a falling out than from money.

Porsha instantly defended herself and Phaedra, saying that they were talking privately and DonJuan has no right to barge into their conversation. "I don't owe DonJuan an explanation or even a response because I don't fraternize with my friend's workers," Porsha said in the episode. However, her sexist remark when she told DonJuan that he needs to "change his tampon" was one of the most talked about parts of the episode.

According to Bustle, the seemingly innocent remark can incite homophobia and seemed to suggest that men who constantly meddle with other people's personal arguments are being very womanly.

These remarks from Porsha could cause another rift between her and Kandi.

Meanwhile, the episode also featured a touching interaction between Phaedra and her young son Ayden. Viewers of the show saw how the boy grow up on national TV. But in the episode, the "RHOA" baby was now ready to start kindergarten.

Phaedra was teary eyed on their way to Ayden's new school, but the young boy chose to comfort his mother, saying "I'm still gonna be your baby."

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 8 airs Sunday nights on Bravo.
