'The Originals' season 2 spoilers: Klaus demands Freya to save Rebekah in episode 17

Rebekah's (Maisie Richardson-Seller) soul is in danger, and her body should be the one to blame.

In the upcoming episode 17 of "The Originals" season 20 titled "Exquisite Corpse," Rebekah's sister Freya (Riley Voelkel) warns her Mikaelson siblings that their sister might face her impending doom in the hands of the evil witch Eva Sinclair who is now encasing her soul.

Rebekah had to borrow Eva's body, but she did not know that the witch is highly dangerous, and had already managed to get her body back at night to continue her wicked rampage where she abducts and kills young children in New Orleans.

According to Freya, Eva needs to be killed before she goes on killing young kids, but she and her brothers have to make sure that they set Rebekah free first because she might also die in the process of killing the owner of the body.

In the promo video for the episode, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) commands their eldest sister to help Rebekah escape her current body, but Freya tells him that it is not that simple. This infuriates Klaus, telling her that he will skin her alive if she will not be able to save their younger sibling.

The official synopsis for the upcoming episode reads:

"When Eva Sinclair's reemergence leaves Rebekah trapped and helpless, Klaus is forced to put aside his mistrust for Freya in order to save Rebekah's life. Meanwhile, Hayley and Elijah learn more about Eva's violent past from Josephine (guest star Meg Foster), who then makes a startling revelation about Hayley's future. With time running out to save Rebekah, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) turns to a reluctant Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) for his help to take down Eva, but his plan takes an unexpected turn, as Eva will not go down without a fight."

"The Originals" season 2 returns with episode 17 on Monday, April 6, on The CW.
