'The King of Fighters 2002' available for free on GOG today, Feb. 15

"The King of Fighters 2002" is available on GOG for free until 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET / 2 p.m. UTC today, Feb. 15.

In celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, GOG is giving away "The King of Fighters 2002" for free. To claim this amazing offer, players must first make a GOG account. After doing so — or for players who already have theirs — they may simply press the "Get for free" button in the banner showcasing the giveaway on the top of GOG's homepage linked at the beginning of this paragraph. Players can also download the game via "The King of Fighters 2002" product page. The released game is also digital rights management (DRM) free (which means it does not require activation or an online connection to play) and works with Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac OS X (10.9+) and Linux (Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04).

Alongside "The King of Fighters 2002," other games are currently on sale on GOG. Games that are at 75% off include "Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition," "Homeworld Remastered Collection," "Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete" and "Age of Wonders III." Meanwhile, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Game of the Year Edition" and "Goetia" are at 60% off. Games that are at 50% off include "Cossacks 3," "Yooka-Laylee," "Wasteland 2: Director's Cut – Digital Classic Edition," "Absolver," "Torment: Tides of Numenara" and "Shadow Warrior 2."

Furthermore, included in the games that are on sale at the moment are "Kerbal Space Program" and "Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!!," which are both at 40% off.
