Despite her marital problems, Alicia Florrick will find herself travelling to Canada to represent a client in the next episode of "The Good Wife" season 7.

After a brief hiatus, the episode, titled "Landing," will take Alicia and her partner Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) to Toronto to help NSA Agent Jeff Delinger (Zach Woods) get out of custody after being detained by custom officers when he tried to return home to the U.S.

A little trip away from Chicago could help Alicia take a break from her problems with her husband Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) and her new investigator-turned-love interest Jason Crouse (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). The two had an altercation in the previous episode, titled "Unmanned," which led to Alicia's decision to ask Peter for a divorce.

But Peter wants Alicia to delay the divorce until after his upcoming indictment because he wants her to be with him as the court announces its decision regarding his case.

Noth talked about his character's relationship with Alicia in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, saying that he will not be shocked if the couple will decide to stay together despite everything that they have been through.

"There's a lot of scars but that binds them even closer in a strange way. I wouldn't be surprised if they stay together," the actor explained. "I don't know if they will. But their intimacy goes so far, they know each other so well that when there's a fight, they just let it out."

Noth also revealed that Peter is having a hard time dealing with his case and worried about the possibility of heading back to prison.

"It was a horrific experience for him and he was exonerated basically but that experience is something he doesn't want to repeat," Noth stated. "He's going to use every skill he has to fight this. It's just another crisis but I think he lives in crisis."

"The Good Wife" season 7 returns on April 17, and the series concludes on May 8.
